consult qualified doctors online. The goal is to address healthcare disparities by offering

trackand sell digital gold. The goal was to build trust and transparency, ensuring users feel secure
in their investment while delivering a seamless and intuitive experience tailored
to diverse user demographics.

INTERACTION DESIGN
Digital Gold
To make the process of purchasing gold more interactive and visually satisfying,
reinforcing the value exchange from money to gold.
Interaction 1: "Slide to Pay" with a Transforming Coin
Design Solution: A metallic coin icon on the left acts as the slider. As the user slides the coin from left to right, the metallic coin gradually transforms into a shimmering gold coin. Upon completing the slide, the user is navigated to the payment gateway.
Impact: This interaction creates a sense of anticipation and satisfaction, making the payment process feel purposeful and tied to the theme of gold investment.
Interaction 2: Payment Success with Currency-to-Gold Transition
Design Solution: To replace the standard confetti-and-checkmark success animation, a custom sequence was designed to symbolize the user’s money being converted into gold, leaving the user with a clear visual of the value transformation.
Impact: This animation reinforces the user’s purchase decision by visualizing the exchange of currency for gold, creating a memorable and meaningful completion of the transaction.
Results & User Impact:
Intuitive Feedback: The visual cues provided immediate clarity and satisfaction, reducing friction in the user journey.
Enhanced Perception of Value: The transition animations emphasized the transformation of money into a valuable asset, aligning with the user’s goals and reinforcing trust in the product.
Language Selection
To create a welcoming and inclusive onboarding experience for rural Indian users by
integrating regional languages and culturally relevant visual elements, fostering a
sense of connection and belonging.
Design Solution: The language selection page during onboarding was enhanced with interactive, culturally resonant micro-interactions:
Audio Feedback: A cheerful voice delivers the greeting in the chosen language, reinforcing familiarity and accessibility for the user.
Interactive Language Cards: Each language option is paired with desi-themed illustrations, reflecting the cultural essence of the region. Upon selecting a language, the static illustration transitions into a dynamic state, greeting the user with an animation synced to audio in the selected language.
Impact on User Journey:
Personalized Experience: The dynamic greetings and audio create a warm and culturally relevant touchpoint, making the app feel tailored to the user’s identity.
Increased Engagement: Interactive animations and audio responses capture user attention, enhancing the onboarding experience.
